Provides direct clinical social work services or psychological counseling/psychotherapy to patients and their families as part of a multidisciplinary team. Completes psychosocial assessments, intake evaluations, outpatient assessments, patient treatment plans, facilitates group therapy, family/individual therapy; and assists in program development and implementation. Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related discipline is required. Approximately two years of experience in assessing, diagnosing and developing treatment plans for psychiatric patients. Experience facilitating patients' access to community resources and conducting therapeutic groups is required. D.C. Bachelor?s degree in marketing, marketing research, communications, education or business. Master?s degree preferred. Requires an understanding of graphic design and use of software programs typically used in marketing and use of social media technology and processes.

Five to eight years of experience in marketing/sales in educational, medical, public health or technology organizations. This experience should include writing, editing and project management.
