We offer one of the best RN Residency Programs in the area for new graduate RNs and RNs looking to transition into a new specialty area.  You will hit the ground running and be immersed in an extensive 8-14 week program, which includes classroom instruction tailored to specific clinical areas, a focused case study approach to learning, clinical preceptorship, and new hire support/mentorship.  All programs are run by experience clinical nurse educators who oversee both classroom and clinical orientation components.  Since 1987, our RN Residency Programs have been the foundation for new graduate and RN training.<br/><br/>The RN Residency Program offers the opportunity to work in one of our Medical, Surgical or Cardiac units.<br/><br/>The next RN Residency Program begins October 18, 2010.<br/><br/>Requirements: Current CPR certification.
