Serves as HR's technical point of contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and writing reports. Participates in the analysis, implementation, administration, upgrade, and conversion of HR systems and databases that supports organizational goals and objectives. Develops standards, protocols, and documentation for the Human Resources system environment. Generates standard and ad hoc reports and HR metrics, and continuously research, review, compile, and analyze employee data. Orients new HR employees to all HR systems and major computer applications. Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources with a concentration in Information Systems, or a related field is required. Approximately three to four years of progressively more responsible experience in Human Resources. Experience as an administrator with thorough knowledge of HR systems, enterprise software, databases, and computer applications required. No special certification, registration, or licensure is required.
